we have joined forces under the umbrella of dataglobal Group GmbH (formerly Content Services Group). The group of companies offers its customers an expanded and future-oriented product portfolio with software solutions for the digital workplace. The software product brands of dataglobal, eleven cyber security and windream will remain in place and will be continuously developed.

The merger of the companies will enable us to expand our business, both within existing customer segments and in new markets. By exploiting resulting synergies, the products and services for economical and sustainable working with the digital workplace will be supplemented and further developed.

Use synergies

Under the new umbrella brand dataglobal Group, a group of companies is being created that employs more than 210 people at its locations in Berlin, Bochum, Cluj (Romania), Hamburg and Heilbronn and serves around 3,000 existing customers across all industries.
