Welcome to the team, Agnes and Simone!
Our team at eleven cyber security GmbH continues to grow: Agnes Porombka and Simone Hultzsch have been supporting us in the Sales department since the beginning of December.
Agnes takes on the role of Partner Manager at eleven. Your tasks include, among others, the support of the partners, as well as the joint development of success-securing measures with the partners.
Simone joins the team as Inside Sales Manager. In this position, she will ensure optimal order processing and customer service in the future.
Three questions for Agnes Porombka:
Who are you and how did you end up at eleven?
I am Agnes, the new Partner Manager at eleven – after almost 5 years with a market companion of eleven, I have now returned to the team and am looking forward to ambitious projects and the successful development of the partner landscape!
Why can the partners count on you?
Partners benefit from my experience – over 8 years in the IT security industry – my specialized know-how and my interest to always find new ways to optimally increase the respective partner business. Through pragmatic strategies, creativity, and originality, we jointly exploit potentials within the business to win more and more end customers for the business. Never lose sight of this: Safeguarding existing customer satisfaction.
What do you like to do most when you’re not working?
After a long break, I’m looking forward to my new, old hobby: working out at the gym! Away from the pull-up bar, I like to spend active quality time with my family.
But I also like to recharge my batteries in nature, and especially when I travel – I’m usually drawn to the sea or warm climes – I find discovering other cultures, getting to know foreign people and their ways of life extremely exciting: whether it’s backpacking through Thailand, jeeping through the USA and Canada, or a spontaneous trip to Singapore with an overnight stay in a space pod: I love having new experiences while traveling.
Three questions for Simone Hultzsch:
Who are you and how did you end up at eleven?
I am Simone Hultzsch, Inside Sales Manager since the beginning of December. Christian Lange, Product Owner at eleven, and I already know each other through my previous employer. We got talking last year through a mutual acquaintance. Christian told me about the job opening, as well as about eleven. This was followed by further discussions with other eleven colleagues. In the end I was convinced and am now part of the eleven sales team.
What do you want to accomplish in your position?
I want to maintain or expand sales for eleven and get sales back “on track”. I am very structured and process-oriented and think that I can put these skills to optimal use here. As a little perfectionist, nothing will go down with me. In addition, I always try – externally as well as internally – to live a communication/collaboration based on honesty and appreciation.
What do you like to do most when you’re not working?
I like to play games and read a lot. I love music, nature, my family and my dog.
